Cabot Creamery is a dairy farmer-owned co-operative with farms throughout New England and upstate New York. Our farms are small and our farmers work 24/7 to provide the best quality of milk available so that we - in turn - can continue to work to make the "World's Best Cheddar." Everything we do is on their behalf and to help keep them in business and keep their farmland open.

“This cheese is awesome” covers the mood of the kid’s response to Cabot’s Light Cheddar Cheese. They chanted “more, more, I want more.” It worked.

What no one could believe was that this cheese had reduced fat. Even kids think less fat means less taste. They proved themselves wrong! “Delicious!”
