For breakfast, lunch or snacks, this is a great simple recipe. We suggest offering some nuts and seeds on the side, except for those with nut allergies. Yogurt in any form provides your children with much needed protein, minerals, and beneficial probiotics.

Instructions

  1. 16 oz. Stonyfield's Banilla Low-Fat Organic Yogurt (or vanilla yogurt and frozen banana)

  2. 1/2 cup frozen Wyman's Triple Berry Blend

    Place in blender. Puree until smooth. Serve cold.

Options

Add ice cubes to blender. Add 1/2 tsp. flaxseed oil or 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds.  Use your famiy's favorite frozen berries!  Add lemon juice for a tangy taste.
