3 tbsp lowfat milk (organic if possible)
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 box of Classic Mac & Cheese by Annie's Homegrown
Cook mac & cheese as directed on box.1 free range chicken breast cut in half
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp coarse sea salt
Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and paprika then place in lightly greased skillet and cook over medium-high heat until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Stir in to mac & cheese. Place mac & cheese and chicken in 3 quart baking dish.1 cup breadcrumbs, whole grain
2 Tbps melted butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the breadcrumbs with butter and place on top of mac & cheese mixture, then top it off with the cheddar cheese. Place in oven for about 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
You can serve this delicious dish with your family's favorite vegetables to add colors and nutrients. Try cooked green beans, carrots, or peas.
