Stacey Antine, MS, RD is the founder and CEO of HealthBarn USA. She shared this recipe with us on Better Food Choices Radio. "The HealthBarn USA campers were challenged to create something delicious and fun using wild blueberry juice because it’s so good for our bodies. Rather than making a drink concoction, they created a frozen pop sensation that is an excellent source of vitamin C. They are wild about their new blue barn pops especially on these hot summer days!"
Here are some comments from Kid Kritics, "Yummy… really good. Amazing! So delicious that my taste buds felt that thiis should be served to everyone! It felt like my taste buds were doing the tango!
