2 lb broccoli
Rinse broccoli and steam until tender. Monica suggests to boil the water and place broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and immediately immerse in ice water. The cold water helps prevent the broccoli from over-cooking and turning brown.Alfredo Sauce Mix, by Simply Organic
1 1/2 cups low fat milk
1 1/2 Tbs butter
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese
Prepare mix according to package directions. Warm broccoli back up if necessary. Add broccoli to a serving dish and pour prepared sauce on top. Sprinkle with the extra 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
