Oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F
4 depending on ages
4 small whole grain or gluten-free tortillas
1 Tbs organic mayonnaise
1 Tbs mustardSpread mayo and mustard evenly over tortillas.
3/4 cup frozen broccoli florets, lightly steamed
3/4 cup Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (by Cabot)Top each tortilla with broccoli and cheese.
1/4 tsp paprikaSprinkle on top. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Heat in toaster oven or oven until cheese melts. Serve warm.
Substitute sour cream or Greek yogurt for mayo. Replace mayo and mustard with ranch dressing or honey mustard. Use fresh chopped broccoli instead of frozen. Slice into 1 inch pieces for smaller children. Secure with cupcake picks for a fun twist.
