Large serving bowl, cutting board & knife
5 or more depending on ages
1 (10-ounce) package baby spinach leaves (organic is best!)Wash, if needed. Add to bowl.
1 mango, peeled and sliced or diced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
1 can Shelton's Premium Canned Chicken Breast, drainedAdd to bowl. Toss all ingredients together.
1/2-2/3 cup vinaigrette dressing - Jennifer used raspberry (nothing artificial)Serve on the side or drizzle dressing a little at a time on salad and mix lightly. You may not need it all. Serve immediately to avoid wilted greens!
As a healthier alternative to salad dressing try a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and drizzle of olive oil. You won't miss the dressing since this salad is already packed with flavor. Add fresh herbs such as mint or cilantro for extra nutrients!
