Preheat

Oven or toaster oven to 325 degrees F

Baking sheet, knife and cutting board

Instructions

  1. 1 bag Zatar Chips (Flamous Brands)

  2. 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, chopped

  3. 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  4. 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

  5. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Layer in order on a baking sheet. Place in oven 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Serve warm!

Options

Sprinkle cumin and chili powder on chicken for more taco taste!  Replace tomato halves with salsa or chopped tomatoes.  Add sour cream and/or guacamole.  Use Falafel Chips instead of Zatar Chips.  Serve over lettuce for a whole meal. Add sliced or chopped jalapeno peppers if your family likes spicy foods.
