Peheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Baking dish, blender, measuring cups/spoons, 1 small and one medium bowl.

6-8 minutes
4-6, depending on ages
1 bag frozen shrimp
Thaw shrimp. Peel and devein if not already done. Rinse well. Pat dry and set aside.2 cups cheese puffs, Barbara's Bakery
Place in blender to make crumbs and put into medium bowl.1Tbsp. basil flakes
2 tsp. paprika
Stir into cheese puff crumbs in bowl.1 large egg, cage-free
1 Tbsp. water
Whisk together in small bowl. Dip shrimp into egg mixture, then into the crumbs until coated. Place on non-stick baking dish and bake for about 6 minutes until shrimp is pink on the inside and and crispy on the outside. Serve!
