Oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F

3-5 or more depending on ages
4 whole grain tortillas (try spelt)
1 (15oz.) can turkey or vegetable chili (low sodium - nothing artificial)Spread chili over front half of tortillas.
1 cup Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar Cheese, shredded, divided
1 cup mild salsa
1/4 cup chopped cilantroSprinkle 1 Tbs. cheese on top of chili spread on each tortilla. Carefully roll up tortilla while folding in the sides. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Place in warmed oven and cook until cheese is melted and chili is warmed through. Chili can be warmed first in a pan if you choose. Garnish with cilantro and serve with salsa.
Use leftover homemade chili! Add a dash of cayenne if your family likes spicy foods.
