This recipe is very simple to put together and nutrient-dense to fill tummies.  Wild blueberries are packed with antioxidants!

2 or more depending on ages

Instructions

  1. 1/2 cup nuts of choice, unsalted

  2. 1/2 cup white cheese of choice, cubed

  3. 1/2 cup Dried Wild Blueberries, by Wyman's of Maine

    Mix together and take along for breakfast on the go!

Options

Use raisins or dried cranberries (no artificial ingredients) instead of blueberries.  Use a cheese alternative for those sensitive to cow's milk.
