Crush Falafel Chips in a baggie with a rolling pin or use food processor until they are slightly larger than bread crumbs. Pour chips onto a plate.1 lb. chicken breasts (raw), antibiotic-free
Pound raw chicken breasts so they are of even thickness. Press chicken breasts into chips on plate until they are thoroughly coated.Olive oil cooking spray
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.Organic ketchup
Slice baked chicken breasts into strips and serve with organic ketchup or other favorite condiment or sauce for dipping.
