3 serving bowls, 1 butter knife, 3 spoons

3 or more depending on ages
1 ripe banana
9 fresh strawberries
Slice the banana and strawberries and distribute among the 3 cereal bowls.1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups organic yogurt (Mary uses Stonyfield Whole Milk Plain Yogurt)
Distribute the blueberries among the 3 bowls. Pour 1/2 cup of yogurt on top of the sliced fruit in each bowl.1/2 cup shelled walnuts
12 Joseph's Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Break the nuts and cookies into smaller pieces or coarsely chop if desired. Sprinkle on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
Use any combination of fruit and nuts that your family likes. You can substitute seeds for nuts or omit the nuts/seeds all together for those with nut allergies. If your kids don’t like plain yogurt, try vanilla or lemon yogurt or substitute their favorite flavor - check our product list to see yogurts that are Kid Kritics Approved!
