Add a sprinkle of cinamon just before serving for a nutrient-packed punch!
Electric griddle to 300 degrees F or large skillet to medium heat

4 eggs or 1 cup egg substitute (all natural)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Pour eggs in a large bowl. Add the flax seed and mix with a fork8 pieces Rudi's Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Now put all of the slices of bread in the mixture, submerge them in mixture and let it sit for 2 minutes. Remove the bread from mixture and place on hot griddle or pan to cook for about 2.5 minutes on each side.1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup honey
Place your french toast on serving plate, add blueberries and lightly drizzle with honey and they are ready to be served!
Try them topped with any fruit that is in season at the time! Skip the honey to lower your calorie intake if you desire. Try sprinkling with extra cinnamon or nutmeg. Store extra flax seeds in the refrigerator or freezer to help protect the fats from going rancid!
