Cutting board and knife

2, depending on ages
1 whole grain pita, sliced in half
Open pita bread and drizzle with ranch dressing.1 Tbsp ranch dressing
3 leaves Romaine lettuce
Tear into small pieces or chop.5 thin slices of cucumber
3 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
1/3 cup grilled chicken, sliced
1/4 cup Veggie Stix by Good Health Natural Foods
Layer lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and chicken in pits. Finally, add Veggie Stix for a bit of crunch! Slice pita in half again if needed.
Add a dash of paprika and parsley. Add spinach, black olives, or any other favorite toppings! You may also use 1 tbsp of sour cream or Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp lime juice and a pinch of salt and/or dill instead of the ranch dressing. No leftover chicken? Use sliced deli turkey or chicken. Use mini pitas.
