"We’ve spiced up the BBQ with a twist of Greek! The Mediterranean diet is a way of eating that focuses on eating many vegetables, fruits, whole grains, olive oil, low fat dairy and lean meat. It incorporates the basics of healthy eating with traditional cooking styles of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. So, we’ve brought a little bit of Greece to your grill that the kids will love. Enjoy!" (Kathleen A Siegel, RD, CDN) Visit nutritionbabes.com for more of their recipes and tips.
