Mixing bowl or resealable container
5-10 minutes
1-2 or more depending on ages
1/2 cup apple, cubed (organic is best!)
2 Tablespoons ranch dressing **
Add apples and dressing to a resealable container or bowl. Toss to coat.1/4 cup red seedless grapes (organic is best!)
2 cups salad greens, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar Minis, cubed
Layer on top of apples. Toss before serving. Serve cold.
Add chopped walnuts or almonds. Add leftover chicken or turkey for extra protein.
