Baking dish, cutting board & knife, small bowl

4-6 people depending on ages
1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt (organic if possible)
1 tomato, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
6 garlic cloves minced (about 2 Tbsp)
3 Tbsp tomato sauce
8 to 12 black olives, chopped
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended, then pour into a small baking dish. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes, until it bubbles.Veggie Stix, by Good Health Natural Foods
Serve warm with Veggie Stix for dipping along with carrot sticks, celery sticks, green peppers or whole wheat crackers. The leftovers are also good chilled!
You can use low fat organic sour cream instead of Greek yogurt. Replace dried oregano with 2 tsp fresh. This recipe also makes a great Taco dip if you take omit the oregano and add chili powder (about 2 Tbsp) - also try adding cumin or cilantro.
