Instructions

  1. 1 medium honeydew melon, cubed

  2. 1 medium cantaloupe, cubed

    Place in bowl.
  3. 1 small cucumber (seedless), with skin if organic

    Cut in quarters, lengthwise. Then slice thinly. Place in bowl.
  4. 2 limes, cut in half

    Take fork and twist it around each half to release the juices into bowl. Gently stir all around.
  5. 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

    Add to fruit mix, stirring in gently. Serve.

Options

Add watermelon cubes.
