Broiler pan, cutting board, knife, gallon resealable freezer bag

Prep Time

5 minutes

20-30 minutes

2 or more depending on ages

Instructions

  1. 1/4 cup olive oil

  2. 1/8 cup chopped parsley (or flakes)

  3. 1 Tbsp sea salt

    Mix olive oil, parsley and sea salt in the freezer bag
  4. Shelton’s Boneless Chicken Breast, Free-Range

    Cut the Breasts in half, trim and remove skin. Put Breasts in freezer bag, seal and shake until breasts are uniformly coated. Broil about 6-8 inches below the heat. Do not overcook – serve with juice.

Options

Add the juice of 1 lemon to the freezer bag with the oil.
