1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup chopped parsley (or flakes)
1 Tbsp sea saltMix olive oil, parsley and sea salt in the freezer bag
Shelton’s Boneless Chicken Breast, Free-RangeCut the Breasts in half, trim and remove skin. Put Breasts in freezer bag, seal and shake until breasts are uniformly coated. Broil about 6-8 inches below the heat. Do not overcook – serve with juice.
Add the juice of 1 lemon to the freezer bag with the oil.
