Organic romaine lettuce
Shred or finely chop lettuce. Add to bowl.Organic beefsteak tomatoes

Chop tomatoes and carrots to less than ½ inch size. Add to bowl.Dried Wild Blueberries (by Wyman's of Maine)
Shredded cheese (hard goat, Parmesan or similar)
Pine nuts (optional)
Add dried blueberries, shredded cheese, and pine nuts to bowl.Balsamic vinaigrette
Toss with dressing and serve chilled.
Try dried organic apples in place of dried blueberries.
