1 package (3.5 servings) of Good Health Natural Foods Organic Popcorn
Add popcorn to cake pan.1 Tbsp xylitol sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbs grass fed butter or Earth Balance soy-free spread
Melt butter then mix with xylitol, vanilla, and cinnamon. Drizzle over popcorn and mix gently. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve.
Xylitol is a natural sweetener that is lower in calories than sugar. It is also known for its ability to protect your teeth from decay! It is potent so little is needed to add a bit of sweet flavor. If you don't have xylitol, use 1 Tbs cane sugar or 1/4 tsp stevia extract.
