Blender
5 minutes
2-3 depending on ages
2/3 cup lowfat milk (organic!)
1 cups vanilla yogurt (organic!) **
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (organic!)
2 tsp Maple Syrup, Shady Maple Farms organic or Joseph’s Original Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 tsp almond extract
1 banana, fresh or frozen
ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve cold with straws.
** Look for yogurt with healthier ingredients such as Stonyfield (no corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners/flavors/colors)
