1 (15 oz.) bag peas, frozenBring water in saucepan to a boil. Pour peas into pan and turn off heat. Let stand on stove for three minutes. Strain peas and return to pan.
1 tsp. butter (unsalted, organic if possible) or Earth Balance spreadMelt in saucepan with peas, stirring.
2 tsp. minced fresh mint leaves or 1 tsp. driedAdd to peas. Stir and serve warm.
Add a pinch of sea salt.
