Kids love to munch and this mix is a great combination of sweet and salty with fruit, whole grains, nuts, and seeds!
Medium mixing bowl
5-10 minutes
5-7, depending on ages
1/2 cup peanuts or soy nuts, honey-roasted
1/2 cup nuts of choice, raw, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1/2 cup dried cranberries (no artificial ingredients!)
1/2 cup whole grain or gluten-free pretzels (such as Vita Spelt or Snyder's of Hanover)
1/2 cup whole grain or gluten-free cereal (such as Barbara's Puffins)
Combine in bowl. Mix together and serve. Easy to add to a resealable bag for a quick snack on the go!
Replace dried cranberries with raisins or dried blueberries.
