Preheat

350 degrees F

Equipment

Pyrex baking dish or Corning Ware (tempered glass) dish, mixing bowl

Prep Time

About 10 minutes

Cook Time

About 20 minutes

Number of Servings

3-5, depending on ages

Instructions

  1. 3 Tbsp prepared mustard

  2. 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, rinsed, minced, or 1/8 cup dried

    Combine in bowl.
  3. 4 chicken breasts (additive-free), washed, boneless, skinless

    Add to bowl and turn to coat evenly on both sides. Place chicken in baking dish.
  4. 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

    Sprinkle grated cheese over chicken.
  5. 1/2 cup chicken broth

    Pour broth around the sides of chicken. Place in heated oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken cooked well.

Options

Serve with brown rice, and your family's favorite vegetable side.
