Pyrex baking dish or Corning Ware (tempered glass) dish, mixing bowl

3 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup parsley, fresh, rinsed, minced, or 1/8 cup dried
Combine in bowl.4 chicken breasts (additive-free), washed, boneless, skinless
Add to bowl and turn to coat evenly on both sides. Place chicken in baking dish.2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Sprinkle grated cheese over chicken.1/2 cup chicken broth
Pour broth around the sides of chicken. Place in heated oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken cooked well.
Serve with brown rice, and your family's favorite vegetable side.
