1/2 cup quick or rolled oats
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup all purpose flour (unbleached, unbromated)
1/4 cup Lightly Roasted Cashew Butter, Organic by ArtisanaMix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Roll mixture into balls - about a Tablespoon size for each. Makes about 10 balls. That's it, they are ready to eat!
Add dried cranberries, raisins or other dried fruit. May also be rolled in coconut flakes for a fancier treat. Replace agave nectar with raw honey. Use whole grain flour or gluten-free baking mix instead of all purpose flour. Add a dash of cinnamon to the mix.
