"Both Once Again Peanut Butter and Almond Butter are delicious right from the jar!!" (Lisa, mother of 2) This recipe is Kid Kritics Approved! These are so simple to make and they are perfect to pack for an on-the-go snack or as part of a lunch box. The Kid Kritics enjoyed making this recipe themselves so feel free to get your kids involved in the prep - they will love it! Here is what some of the kids had to say about it: "Awesome, I had a picnic in my mouth and my stomach said it wanted more. It burst with joy!", "I really like it, it tastes so good!" and "I think it was so good, can I have some more?"

Add to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine. Roll into balls or spoon mixture onto waxed paper or parchment to cool. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
For children with milk allergy: substitute unsweetened almond or coconut milk for the cows milk. To make this lunch box friendly for peanut-free schools, replace peanut butter with Once Again Sunflower Seed Butter and replace nuts with sunflower seeds.
