1 whole grain or gluten-free tortilla
2 Tbs natural peanut butter (Such as Joseph's Lite or Once Again)
Dash cinnamonSpread peanut butter on tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
1 bananaPlace banana at one end and roll up. Cut in half or into slices for smaller hands.
Replace peanut butter with any nut or seed butter. Add 1 tsp honey or all-natural jam. Use pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg instead of cinnamon. Secure with cupcake picks!
