The Kid Kritics thought these were great and would love to have them in their lunch boxes.  Here's what they had to say, "Tasted like a Banana Smoothie.  Felt like I fell into a peanut butter river filled with banana boats."  You could easily substitute sunflower seed butter for nut-free schools.

Instructions

  1. 1 whole grain or gluten-free tortilla

  2. 2 Tbs natural peanut butter (Such as Joseph's Lite or Once Again)

  3. Dash cinnamon

    Spread peanut butter on tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. 1 banana

    Place banana at one end and roll up. Cut in half or into slices for smaller hands.

Options

Replace peanut butter with any nut or seed butter.  Add 1 tsp honey or all-natural jam.  Use pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg instead of cinnamon.  Secure with cupcake picks!
