The taste of peach pie without turning on the oven - just whip up this nutritious smoothie in the blender! Perfect for summer ... or any time of year!

4 depending on ages
2 cups frozen peach slices (organic if possible)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup plain yogurt (organic if possible)
2 Tbs pure maple syrup (Such as: Shady Maple Farms)
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!
Use fresh peaches if you have them! Replace orange juice with another 100% juice. Like a thinner or thicker smoothie? Just adjust almond milk to your preferences. If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, use a dash of each: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Want more protein? Add 1-2 Tbs almond butter or replace yogurt with Greek yogurt. Add a frozen or fresh banana for a bit more sweetness. Add 1/3 cup oats (the pie crust!) for extra fiber and to help keep tummies full. Add vanilla extract or use vanilla yogurt. Add ice before or after blending.
