“You could break [the cookies] up on the top or the bottom but they are such cute shapes that I didn't want to do that.  Again, the kids liked the dipping.  We sure are enjoying these cookies and will have them as a staple item in our pantry from now on.  I used them in the kids' lunches and they love them for snacks.” (Stacy, mom of 2)

Instructions

  1. 1 1/2 cups pineapple Greek yogurt (no artificial ingredients)

  2. 1 mango, diced

    Layer the yogurt and mango in serving dishes.
  3. 2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut

  4. Barbara’s Bakery Oatmeal Snackimals, Wheat-Free

    Sprinkle coconut on top of parfaits. Serve chilled with Snackimals cookies to dip in the parfait!

Options

Use your family’s favorite yogurt flavors and fruit for variation.  Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top for color and a dessert look!
