1-2 depending on ages
1 cup 100% pineapple juice (not canned)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Handful of ice
Blend to crush up ice and mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Use fresh or frozen pineapple with water instead of pineapple juice - the texture will be different but it will still taste great. Add more mint leaves to taste.
