2 cups Organic Vita Spelt Pretzels, Original
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup dry polenta
4 teaspoons herbs de Provence
1 teaspoons garlic salt
Put all ingredients in food processor and grind until completely ground and mixed. Put in a shallow pan or in a bag for breading fish, chicken, or turkey.
Use in place of bread crumbs in recipes! If you do not have nutritional yeast, replace it with grated organic cheese or cheese alternative.
