During the holiday season it can be diffifult to stick to a healthy meal plan especially with busy schedules and holiday parties with sweet temptations.  This nutritious smothie tastes like pumpkin pie, but without the guilt.  Your family will love it.  And it can me made to take on the go!

2-3 depending on ages

Instructions

  1. 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin

  2. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, organic

  3. 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  4. 1 frozen ripe banana

  5. 2 Tbs Almond Butter with Omega-3, by Once Again

  6. 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  8. 3-5 ice cubes

    Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!

Options

Add more or less almond milk depending on the thickness you want.
