Blender, measuring cups and spoons
5 minutes
3-4 depending on ages
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, low-fat
1 cup Frozen Triple Berry Blend (Wyman's of Maine)
1 banana (preferably frozen)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup wild blueberry juice or other 100% juice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 ice cubes
Combine in blender. Turn blender on high and puree until smooth. Add water if too thick. (Kids like thin smoothies) Serve.
Replace Frozen Triple Berry Blend with Frozen Wild Blueberries. Replace Wild blueberry juice with grape juice, pomegranate juice, or other 100% juice.
