Blender
About 5 minutes
1-2, depending on ages
1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice
1/2 banana, peeled
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
1 tsp. or more Wild Berry Burst Superfood Powder, by Greens Plus
2 ice cubes
Combine in blender and puree. If too thick, add more fruit juice. Enjoy!
Important tip: Start with one tsp. of "Superfood" powder and gradually increase to one Tbs. for older kids and adults. Add yogurt for a creamy taste and some added protein. Use a frozen banana for a thicker texture. Replace pinapple juice with cranberry juice.
Superfoods: The better ones are cold-processed and contain spirulina, fruit, different grasses, chlorella, sprouts, beets, herbs, herbal extracts and botanical extracts.
