Burner, medium to high
Large skillet, cutting board and knife, cheese grater
10 minutes
5 minutes
2-3, depending on ages
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp. wheat-free tamari sauce
1 Tbs Vegetable Seasoning, Grilling Seasons, by Simply Organic
Place into skillet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Keep veggies a bit crispy.1 Tbs. butter (organic if possible)
Just before serving, stir into veggie mix. Place servings on plate.1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Sprinkle some on top of each serving. Serve immediately.
Use any vegetables in season such as bok choy, summer squash, mushrooms, peas, or onions. Or, in a pinch, use frozen vegetables for a quick side dish. Add grated ginger with vegetables.
