Burner, medium to high
Large skillet, cutting board and knife, cheese grater
2-3, depending on ages
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp. wheat-free tamari sauce
1 Tbs Vegetable Seasoning, Grilling Seasons, by Simply OrganicPlace into skillet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Keep veggies a bit crispy.
1 Tbs. butter (organic if possible)Just before serving, stir into veggie mix. Place servings on plate.
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly gratedSprinkle some on top of each serving. Serve immediately.
Use any vegetables in season such as bok choy, summer squash, mushrooms, peas, or onions. Or, in a pinch, use frozen vegetables for a quick side dish. Add grated ginger with vegetables.
