350 degrees Fahrenheit
Glass baking dish, small mixing bowl, whisk

Cooking spray or coconut oil
Lightly grease baking dish.1 lb. fresh fish of choice (washed, pat-dried)
Lemon wedge
Check fish for bones and remove. Rub with lemon. Slice into smaller pieces.1 egg, large (free-range if possible)
1/4 cup sesame seeds, raw
Beat egg in bowl. Add sesame seeds and stir. Dip fish into this mixture. Place on baking dish. Bake until fish is opaque and cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness.1 tsp. tamari sauce (low sodium) or Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
Stir together. Pour over top of fish. Bake for another two minutes to heat sauceDash of paprika
Sprinkle over fish. Serve immediately.
Replace fresh parsley with 1/4 tsp dried.
