2 lbs Ground Turkey by Plainville Farms
2 Tbsp Grilling Seasons Chicken Seasoning by Simply Organic
1/2 tsp RealSalt or sea salt
2 organic garlic cloves, minced or pressed
In a medium bowl, combine seasoning, salt, & turkey. Form into small patties about 2 inches round.2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add turkey sausages and cook approximately 3-5 min per side or until thoroughly cooked.
Add a dash of cayenne for a spicier sausage. Add 1 tsp crushed fennel seeds. For extra nutrients, add 1 tsp dried parsley.
