2-3, depending on ages
2 tortillas, small to medium
3-4 Tbs. cream cheese (low-fat), whipped is easier to spread
4 slices turkey (additive-free)
1/2 cup white cheese of choice (low-fat), shredded
2 lettuce leaves, washed, cut or torn into bite-sized pieces
1 tomato, vine-ripened, washed, chopped
Spread cream cheese over tortilla. Lay turkey over cheese. Sprinkle shredded white cheese, lettuce and tomato over top. Roll up tortilla and secure with toothpicks. Repeat with remainder of tortillas. Serve
