Broiler pan, mixing bowl
4 or more depending on ages
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup chopped parsley (or flakes)
1 Tbsp sea saltMix olive oil, parsley and sea salt in bowl
Shelton’s Ground Turkey , 16 oz (1 pound)Fashion Ground Turkey into small burgers, 2-3 inches diameter and 1/2 inch thick. Put burgers into broiler pan and brush with seasoned olive oil. Broil about 6-8 inches below the heat until done. Optional - drain and return to broiler for a few minutes to brown slightly.
