2 or more depending on ages

Instructions

  1. 1/2 cup wild blueberry juice, 100% juice

  2. 1/2 cup filtered water

  3. 2 small bananas

  4. 2 heaping scoops of vanilla whey protein powder (nothing artificial!)

  5. ice

    Place all ingredients in a blender. Add ice to the desired consistency. Blend and serve chilled!

Options

Try an egg-based protein powder for a more frothy texture. Use frozen bananas.  Replace bananas with pineapple chunks.

  • Water
  • Vanilla whey or egg protein powder (nothing artificial)
  • Ice
