2 or more depending on ages
1/2 cup wild blueberry juice, 100% juice
1/2 cup filtered water
2 small bananas
2 heaping scoops of vanilla whey protein powder (nothing artificial!)
icePlace all ingredients in a blender. Add ice to the desired consistency. Blend and serve chilled!
Try an egg-based protein powder for a more frothy texture. Use frozen bananas. Replace bananas with pineapple chunks.
