Comments

"Smoothies make a great “on the go” meal, especially for the busy kid that never has time for breakfast.  This fiber and protein packed smoothie also makes a great snack before sport activities for a boost of energy that lasts until dinner.  Enjoy!" (Kathy Siegel)
