When it's time for a treat, this is a fun one. When you have a treat, make sure it is made with real ingredients. Organic graham crackers, 60% chocolate bar and vanilla yogurt all fit this bill. The ingredients do have some redeeming health benefits but also enough sugar to keep Yo’mores in the “Treat” category.

Oven or toaster oven to 325 degrees F
Baking sheet or toaster oven pan
5 minutes
5-8 minutes
6 or more depending on ages
6 graham crackers squares, whole grain, organic
Place on baking sheet.3 Dark Chocolate Bars (Suggested brand: 100 Calorie 60% Cacao by Bissinger’s)
Place 2 sections of chocolate on top of each graham cracker. Place in toaster oven until chocolate just starts to melt.3 oz. vanilla yogurt, organic
Generously cover slightly melted chocolate with vanilla yogurt. Serve immediately.
Top with nuts, granola, shredded coconut or fruit. Use plain or other flavors of yogurt if your family prefers them. Place graham cracker square on top. Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg. Warm up the yogurt in the toaster oven too if you'd like!
